PBCo has invested in a Logistics Management tool that allows for a cloud-based technology to automate the customer end-to-end process.
PBCo is pleased to roll out completely paperless, touchless documentation and tracking of all its bulk shipments. PBCo contracted with an industry leader in process automation and web-based applications, for the design and manufacture of a cloud-based, system. Incorporating web access from select portals into data fields that include security credentials, equipment tracking, B/L documentation and interface with scales and reporting systems.
The system is completely hands-free, eliminating errors and omissions includes fraud protection and instantaneous reporting.
