Kevin first became involved with PBCo as a strategic consultant in 2019 and acquired the company in 2023. He brings to PBCo over 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance and investments. His career spans executive roles in global industrial manufacturing to private equity and venture capital.

Dan came to PBCo in 1998 as an extension of his maritime career, which carried him from senior deck officer on Great Lakes shipping vessels to Director, Fleet Development with a major North American ship operator to senior consultant in the field of large tonnage ocean bulk freight.

Ross joined PBCo in 2001 as President and CEO and has served as Chairman & Owner for the last two decades. His background includes taking a struggling ready mix concrete producer, expanding it into a profitable operation and selling it to a major international cement firm. Prior to that, he served in senior positions in operations, finance and accounting at several companies across an array of industries.

Peter has been in the construction materials business since 1983. His career spans over the ready-mix concrete, aggregate, building materials business in addition to electric utilities, cement manufacturing and the beneficial reuse of industrial byproducts related to materials engineering for manufacturing and construction.

Darlene joined PBCo in 1972 as an administrative assistant to the founder of the company, Mr. Paul Blum. Subsequently, Darlene earned her B.S. Degree in Business Administration from SUNY – Buffalo. She has since been involved
in numerous areas of PBCo’s operations.

Sean joined PBCo in early 2018 as Manager-Operations. With over a decade and a half of experience in the shipping industry, he has provided skillful handling of numerous cargoes and operations at sea and ashore.

Teresa joined PBCo in 2017 as Bookkeeper and Accountant. Teresa Earned her A.A.S. in Accounting also studying Business Law and Business Communications. Prior to joining PBCo, Teresa worked for the YWCA of the Niagara Frontier for over 16 years.

Dave Schuler

Our hearts remain heavy with the sudden loss of our former President and longtime teammate, Dave Schuler (57), who died on July 3^rd 2017. We miss him more than words can express. He was a dedicated and strong business leader, a passionate family man, and our good friend.
